Since April 2015, the iPhoto application on OSX has been discontinued and replaced by a new app called "Photos". It works much the same way as iPhoto, but regrettably Galerie 5.4.0 can not import from it. Is there a fix or update that wil allow me to continue to use Galerie? I very much hope so...

Apple had abandoned most of technologies used by Galerie.
