Missing input fields 5.4.0

I downloaded Galerie 5.4.0 but my screen is different from the screen used in the tutorial. For example, I am missing the 'Link to Home Page' field and 'Address' fields. These are important. Other fields are also missing on my downloaded version including the 'Setup Drawer'.
Your advice and assistance would be appreciated.

Dans le menu déroulant "fenêtre" choisir interface complète.
