When installed, Melody Player is tuned to work with most of the files. However, if using huge music files, maybe you'll have to increase the allocated memory above 4 Mb.Error messages are collected in a text file called "MelodyPlayer.err" .
If you encounter specific problems, you can write to : report@myriad-online.com.
Melody Player's interface is simple. Window size is small enough to be puyt in a corner of your screen and play music in background while you're working on your computer.Once Melody Player is started, you can build the file list, without limit of number.
Lists of files are compatible with the Melody and Harmony Assistant Jukebox files (.BOX extension). You can then load Jukebox files made with Melody or Harmony Assistant, modify and save them.
To add a file to the list, drag and drop the file to the Melody Player's window or use "File>Add file to list" to open the file selector.
While music is playing, you can change the main volume : blue and white rectangle on the bottom right of the window.
A digital sound database is installed along with Melody Player. You can download an extended sound database on our Website or order the Myriad CD-ROM with the super-extended sound database.
Color of the light on the upper right corner of the window says which sound base you're using :red light sound database (GMLTBASE.RSR)To install a new database, you just have to copy the required file in the "GMDIGIT" folder of Melody player and to restart the application. Same sound database can be used with Melody Assistant, Harmony Assistant or Melody Player.
