Music Plugin: error message : RESOLU

Can anyone explain the following: I have previously used Music Plugin without problem. I downloaded the most recent Music Plugin 5.6.2d into Firefox (22 Jan) (Firefox Add-ons shows it as Myriad Music Plugin 5.6.2.4 , which I presume is the same thing. It also reports "last updated 17 Jan", which I assume was the last time I updated it). But when I try to download any MUSL file, I get the error message: W-ACAM Message X NewPtr: plus de place memoire and I am told that I need the Plugin installed. The Myriad web-site page for Music Plugin also indicates it is not already installed (it does not show a sample page). But Firefox is telling me it is loaded! Firefox is the latest version (9.0.1). It is running on Windows XP SP3. NB I sometimes also get the error message (NewPtr: plus de place memoire) when I exit the Forum Tony Edit: see below

When I booted H.A. today: Warning! Last session was illegally shut down. Check your hardware configuration parameters (see documentation) Some of your hardware configuration parameters may not match your computer hardware devices. If it happens frequently, clear the application temporary files (button below) and if it still doesn't work, re-install the application.... I decided to tick the box to clear the temporary files. (Unfortunately I lost my customised palettes) But now MUSL files can be seen again. [ I also cleared some space on my disc drive, but since the error message was in French, this is probably irrelevant ]
