Problem converting files

I opened a PDF file and it all worked fine. I was told that i can convert .PDF to .Mus so i can use it for finale.
 
Is there any way i can convert to finale?
Is there any other programs?

Export in MIDI or MusicXML (PDftoMusic PRO)

Si vous avez la licence d'Harmony Assistant, vous pouvez l'importer sur Harmony et l'exporter en midi ou xml
