Update KB5025310 changes how the Print Screen key works
After installing this or a newer update, your Print Screen key will open the new Snipping Tool.
The controversial new update comes nearly two years after Windows 11 was originally launched – although luckily it can be fixed.
How to restore 'classic' Print Screen function
Head to Settings on your Windows 11 PC
Click on Accessibility followed by Keyboard
Toggle off the option 'Use the Print Screen key to open Snipping Tool'

Tony, the update I installed last week is called 2023H2. I don't know how that relates to the number you mention, and is of a completely different format.
In Windows 10, I sometimes use the clipboard method, but most often the feature of dropbox which stores the screen copy as a file in a "Dropbox/Captures d'Ecran" folder.
This did not work in Win11, I had to install something which did something equivalent, but one needed to click on an obscure icon first.
Just tried the hint you reference, and both clipboard and dropbox work again.
but the check to unmark isn't called "Use the Print Screen key to open Snipping Tool", nor any French equivalent. Strange, however, to have to deselect a function to make it active...
