Salut,
Alors, à votre avis, comment concilier grille d'accords (de largeur variable) pour les accompagnateurs, mélodie pour un soliste, repères, et tout et tout ?
Les premiers indices sont en haut à gauche 
Il reste à voir comment je peux aligner encore mieux les mesures, mais pour le concert de vendredi ça fera bien l'affaire ! 
Il y a un bug graphique sur les repères.
Tout ce travail m'a fait ressortir pas mal de petits bugs, j'ai spammé Olivier ce week-end.

The first thing I notice is that you have not used the My Chords font. 
The standard My Chords characters have too much space at the sides ("side bearing") and the "subscripts" and "superscripts" are needlessly large:
A m E m7
I started to modify this font using BirdFont*, but it was a little too complex and temperamental for me.
By reducing the space to the left of "m", "dim", "aug", and reducing the character size, chord names will better fit the music.
Am Em7
Birdfont can "kern" (crénage) associated character-pairs, for example it can move superscript 7 into the space of A but would not move it into the space of E

I didn't care about the font. I've just opened my file to check: it's My Chords, bold, 24.
If you are running Windows, the 997 have kerning fixed, as default Microsoft layer to display a font is not able to kern, WordPad doesn't kern.
There was a blog article some months ago.
I wrote this score using HA 997rc1, so the kern fix.
But chords font was not the goal of this topic.

Your characters are closer together than mine — am I missing this new option checkbox mentioned in the blog?

The screenshot was probably taken from the PDF viewer after printing my score to PDF.
Can you try if it looks better for you?
No checkbox, kerning is now implemented everywhere
