It means that you can bring your application with you on a USB key and perform it on any computer on which the application has not been installed.

Certainly, you can,
but what do you want to do with it?

You can access the same files from any computer connected to the Internet. If you want to install the application, you may install it on that other computer with the same key. That's agreed in the  licence as long as you don't use both computers at the same time.
Personally I installed HA on the 2 computers I have home, and it works well.

As a "roaming" musician and music teacher it's   great to have this application on a USB stick.

( Please be assured, one and all, that i am not talking about giving away this application. )

It that case you should use the "roaming application" installation parameter, which does not prevent you from installing HA the "normal way" on your computer -- assuming you use only one of these installations at a time.
As much as I understand, this will install the proper files and mechanisms on your USB key, but I cannot help you more, as I have never experimented that option myself.

Not always. Sometimes the number of key application is limited, for example to five. And sometimes there is a limitation to the serial number of your for example os.

From the date I purchased HA and other Myriad products, i've changed computers several times without paying attention to uninstall pruducts in a "clean" way.  If there is a limit to the number of installation, it should be higher than 7, but I don't believe the Myriad team has set up an infrastructure to manage that sort of situation. The low cost of the product and the profile of the standard Myriad users make it unlikely that there would be a large number of abuse of that facility.
