How do you move selected notes?

Impoted a MIDI score and everything in certain places is a 16th note early. How do I move selected notes to the right by a 16th? The intuitive way would be to just drag them, but that doesn't work for me.
Thanks in advance.

I think the best way is to add a 1/16th rest in front of the first selected note : HA will nudge the rest to the right. However, if the move is to extend to more than a bar, make sure that "Options>Limit editing to one bar" is not checked. If you wish, you can make the rest invisible in its edit box (double-click on it with the lasso tool).

Bonjour Edurbrow,

Le script Mouse wheel piano roll est très pratique et utile pour quantifier les fichiers midi.

Bonne journée

Well, I am talking about a multitude of tracks and they may need to be nudged in more than one place, so I don't want to have to insert 16th note rests hundreds of times.

I can't really understand the mouse wheel script. I guess the best option is to clear all this up in the sequencer before exporting. I thought it would be an easy thing like just grab them and drag them.

Have you tried "de-sensitising" the quantisation setting in Config>Midi Import?

Well, that would make the notes impotent!

Actually, if there's a missing in rest in, say, bar #2 and several other bars too, there are good chances that inserting a 1/16th rest will nudge notes in bar #2 and "fill up" the subsequent bars as well.
