The problem remains and it seams I am the only one having this kind of problem.
My computer is up to date - running the latest Windows 10 build (issued only a few days ago). I have tested all possible HA versions including the latest 9.8 RC1. Nothing helps. So definitely there must be some kind of error in my configuration of ACAMPREF-files.
I do have the HA and Virtual Singer ID numbers. So fresh install could easily be done.
My question is: In which order I should proceed to make a fresh install? Has anyone done the fresh install? Please advice.
However there is one problem. I think I have to uninstall Gold Sound Base first. And if I remember it correctly Gold Sound Base has a personal ID number as well and that ID number is written on the face of the CD-disc containing the Gold Sound Base. If this is the case I will have a problem, because while moving from Europe to South America I had to abandon many things including the Gold Sound Base disc.
So while uninstalling Gold Sound Base will the process tell me the ID of the Gold Sound Base ? Has anyone uninstalled the Gold Sound Base?
Désinstaller (uninstall) HA avec la procédure standard de Windows 10 : clic droit sur l'icône, tout en haut du mesnu contextuel : uninstall. Puis effacer le dossier ACAMPREF qui est dans : C:\Users\[your name]\AppData\Roaming
La base Gold s'installe sans code si vous avez l'exe.
