Do you mean the numbers that indicate the targets ? If so, click on the little red circle at the bottom right of the window. That will show a popup menu from where you can rename the target names.

| Ooops ! Sorry, I was looking from behind the screen ! Anyway, I've alwas had trouble telling right from left (and wrong as well) !

| Just Left-click or Right-click on the red target (Left or Right, whatever works for you).
