Can the Plug in be used in another DAW?

If the Plug in contains the elements of VS that generate the sounds would it work as a plug in in Logic? That would mean it has to do its work while accepting midi controls for volume and expression. All way above my tiny brain, I'm a bassoonist for Gods sake, there are musician/developers that would know the answer to this and I am hoping some are here.

See the other topic.
What you describe is not how the plug-in gear works. All the VST's (or other technology's) MIDI/Audio I/O data has to be provided and handled by the DAW itself. A plugin that's designed to output audio data from MIDI-like files would not ever be designed as a VST; for that, one would convert the file in either DAW importable MIDI or audio, and use the existing VST FX for processing the data.
