Can HA and VS be one or two plug ins? And is that also possible for Mac OS X?

What you can use is the Music plugin. It will play -and sing- the scores written with HA or MA.

Thanks bubu42, do you think it would allow me to integrate vocal tracks into Logic? It would have to allow me to use CC's 2 and 11 in Logic to control the singers volume and expression, I fear the VS data probably are not included in the kid of files it can export. In other words I would need to have the inner workings of VS if I wanted to control those things before recording then. I probably will have to compromise with using exported AIFF files, but then all fine tuning must first be done in HA. Any thoughts on this?

I don't know much about Logic (I'm on Windows or Linux) but from what is said on Apple's site, it is strongly related to MIDI commands and information.
Myriad's plugin is meant to deal with its own type of files. There is a mixing capability to control each staff or voice (including the lyrics staves) I often use HA to generate scores for the members of my choir. They just download the file (most of the time SATB scores) and they can mix the sound so as to enhance their own part while hearing the other voices in the background.
All of this can be exported in MIDI format from HA, but I'm not sure the plugin is intended for that purpose.
I should say that what you need is a MIDI file exported from HA. Then you can import it straight into Logic and edit it to your taste.
As for the sung lyrics, VS works on special data contained in the .myr (or .mus) file. This requires quite a lot of work from the processor and VS first computes a few seconds of music, stores them in a sort of buffer and carries on with the computing while the music is being played. The size of the buffer seems to vary according to the power of the machine (processor speed, quantity of RAM memory...)

Alright, cut, rewind, record.
It is currently not possible to use neither VS nor GB (GMLT/ST/XT/MP/SE) as a VST inside a DAW. For now, there is a debate whether VS should be separately launched as a VST. See details here.

I am not sure I understand what you mean by"All of this can be exported inMIDI format from HA." If I export a single staff of melody, already fine tuned as it were, I can then import that[with vocal fx] into Logic and have MIDI function for that file, even though it has to be processed in HA and VS to get the singer to sing the text?
