I have "lost" the blue triangle / purple line which defines the area under the Timpani staff.

Parts pasted onto the Drum Staff  "jump" onto the Timpani staff.

Score / Adjust Document will retrieve this blue triangle, but only at the cost of messing-up the rest of the score. How to find it again?

And why can a staff be moved (red triangle) above its own area (purple line above)?

And why, when the blue line at the bottom is moved down, do all the staves above move up

(Drats! I bet you've used the Score / Adjust Document!?  Unfortunately, that mangles my score.)

The thing is that the blue triangle is hidden between a red triangle : either the lyrics triangle (e.g. in the choir section) or by the staff ligne triangle (e.g. drums staff).
I suggest this "remedy" :
1- Uncheck the "page mode display' in the score menu. . 2- Move the drums staff triangle down (below the red line that marks the bottom of the preceeding staff area) and decrease the tympani staff area (move the red line up)
When you return to page mode, both blue triangles will show again.
The same applies to the lyrics line in the choir section.

Wasn't that simple ?! Thank you indeed.

(The lyric lines are deliberately placed side-by-side).
