Hello. Concerning a grid drum staff, I know that by using the "Number of divisions per beat" option in HA, it is possible to split a beat into more or less divisions, which can be used as hits. However, it might me useful in some situations to split just a particular bar or beat; If I for example have a 4/4 beat with sixteenth notes all around, I can split the staff into 4 divisions per beat (1/16); however, if at one particular moment in the score I desire to split the quarter note in 6, I won't be able to do it without converting the whole staff to 12 divisions per beat (1/48), which will make it almost impossible to edit because of the many lines and little space. If this is already possible (which would be awesome), please tell me how. Thanks in advance. -Ramses
I'm sorry to bump this topic, but I have accidentally found a solution for the problem: Simply use the clef tool to insert different divisions per beat at any desired bar. I hope that this trick will help other people around the community who might be looking for this thing.
