How to email scores?

Greetings All- I need to be able to send the scores via email. I don't know how to do this: it was suggested that I save the files as pdfs but I don't know how to do that either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

did you notice that file NAMES have a limited size, i.e 33 characters.
Information located beyond those 33 characters is obliterated in the e-mail transmission process.
Many times, that may confuse destinees.
Did anybody noticed that also, and may expand or explain.

I don't think that it's related in any way to our products. 
Filename size limit, if any, depends on the e-mail client (or Webmail) you are using. I could successfully send attachment with filenames of 80+ characters (using Zimbra Webmail front-end)

That limit is NOT linked to Myriad products. I had the same limit with Word and Excel file.
I am using Incredimail and Outlook; the problems with "long names" may come from them. Your Zembra may solve them, but I doubt that all (hundreds) of the choir members will switch their e-mail clients softs just to be able to read my file names.
Transmission within the Myriad space does not suffer these "file names cuts". Knowing how it really works may provide part of a solution.
How would it be using the plug-in ?

Possible solution: You could pack your music files in a ZIP (with a short name) and send it as attachment (I assume that everybody knows how to unzip)

The problem is with the size of the NAME of the file, it is not with the size of the file itself, wich is very-very moderate for ".myr files".
At the moment, I keep the size of names below 33 caracters, making sure to accomodate any web-client without loosing specific infos of the file name.
disappointing ! again Myriad products are not involved.

You are right, packing files in a zip file preserves the full name of the archives.
The problem would be thenafter to teach hundred-some people to use the zip system. I am already not finished with Melody Player teaching, so dozens of unexperienced chorists will jump on me ! or they will quit.
I keep on thinking, while celebrationg Holy Day.
