Harmony Assistant 9.6.2 RC4 / Melody Assistant 7.6.2 RC4 (Windows/MacOS/Linux)

Hi,
We are currently developping the next versions of Harmony Assistant (9.6.2) and Melody Assistant (7.6.2).
In order to let us complete it faster, and doing so to help all the users of these programs, we started a beta-test session a while ago.
This session is now about to end, as we reached the RC (Release Candidate) step.
Those who wish to help us can still try these new versions and provide comments, suggestions and problem reports to olivier@myriad-online.com.
When the problem occurs during a specific operation please let us know:
- Which program you are using, in which beta/RC-version
- On what kind of computer and operating system
- What sequence of operation led to the problem
Please also send us in attachment the score file you were editing.
Links to RC versions are provided below. They will be updated as the new beta-versions are issued.

Hi!
I was trying to install this (for PC), and my antivirus popped up saying that a virus called "TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen3" was found in harmony.exe. I chose to delete the file, and obviously Harmony wasn't there anymore 
When trying to uninstall, an error appeared telling me that Uninstal.cmd was not found.

This has been reported by other users, with the Avira anti-virus.
Apparently, it seems to be a "false positive" from this antivirus (Does anybody have this problem with any antivirus but Avira?)
I will try to send them the exe file so that they could fix their virus database.

Harmony Assistant v 9.6.2 beta 2 is available (see first message in this thread).
Main new features in this version:
- Now possible, for each staff, to mask any kind of element (lyrics, text, graphics, dynamics, etc)
- Virtual Singer: management of note slurs and bend effects
- Fine management of lyrics positionning and masking: for each bar, it's now possible to insert or mask any line through a right-click on a cell.
- "Graphics" note ornament type has been added.
- Possible to relate ornaments (or graphics) to Clef objects.
- Improvement of MusicXML export
- Possible to join the staves by a vertical line on the right side.
- Graphics objects (effects, free objects, staff-related graphics, background picture) can now be in JPG, PNG, GIF or TIFF format
Please provide feedback about this beta-version

Cette liste de nouveautés est prometteuse.
L'ennui, c'est que ça va faire une bonne raison de revoir la présentation de nombre de partitions.

Et si on profitait de cette nouvelle version en préparation pour séparer l'humanisation "retard" et l'humanisation "appui" qui actuellement ne peuvent pas être règlées indépendamment l'une de l'autre ?
C'est une question qui me tient à coeur !

Merci pour ton soutien Sylvain : je me sens moins seul dans ma demande. Avec le système actuel d'humanisation, on a le choix entre ne pas l'utiliser ou galérer  .

Le premier est dans l'aspect graphique de la portée (Portées > Aspect graphique).
Un menu déroulant a remplacé la case à cocher qui permettait de masquer tous les objets.
Le deuxième est dans la configuration de l'affichage de la partition (Partition > Configurer affichage), rubrique "Lignes", valeur "Epaisseur ligne droite portée.

9.6.2 beta 2 et chant

La nouvelle beta fait bien chanter les coulés avec le chanteur virtuel, merci!
(L'utilisation du tiré etc. pour rendre les ports de voix devient du coup moins utile, donc j'ai surtout testé le coulé! Mais le tiré n'est en tout cas plus haché comme il l'était devenu.)
L'arrivée des coulés est également juste même avec la sortie midi. (Seul le timbre est parfois bizarre, apparemment c'est comme si une partie du spectre - d'une clarinette par exemple - était utilisé pour le coulé, et la note suivante fait entendre une autre partie du spectre... C'est peut-être inhérent au coulé qui fait "déborder" des notes et donc oblige à "diviser" l'instrument (le canal midi ) en 2?)
La beta se sort également bien des notes brèves chantées et des appoggiatures longues!
Tout ce qu'elle n'a pas changé, c'est la prononciation italienne de "lascia" etc...
Merci pour cette mise à jour, j'attends avec impatience son transfert en version définitive et plugin!
