Hi,
I am having a problem with unwanted ledger lines.On some staves when I enter a note there are ledger lines above the note! How can I fix this problem.

Well, where are the notes ?  
If the notes are below the staff, ledger lines are necessary, aren't they ?
Second possibilty : if your staves are very close to each other, you might well try to enter a note on staff#2 and HA understands you're working on staff #1 (very close above).
So far, I've never seen HA adding ledger lines above the notes when they're entered above the staff.
