Can't install GOLD2 CD on Mac OSX 10.8.2

I get the following message: You can't open the application "Gold Base Installation X" because PowerPC applications are no longer supported.
 
My Macbook Pro is an Intel machine, of course.
 
Please let me know of a way to get the GOLD2 soundbase installed.  I use Harmony Assistant every day in my music composition and would really like to use my purchased copy of GOLD2.

I have the same problem on my Mac, I had to reinstall the OS (10.9.3).
How do I install the library Gold 2? (I bought it many years ago)
