Making .gig files work for HA

I heard the wonderful samples marce found of the trumpet, and I really want to use them. The probalem is, I can't find a way to convert them into a HA-compatible format. I even tried the programs marce listed.
some help, please?

I did not try these programs, but I think you have to convert to a SoundFont file, which can be imported to HA.
There is a video tutorial about that in the help menu (How to configure a score for better playing: How to import a sound... or: How to create a custom user instrument).

Reading the few information about translator-free, I don't think that it works, maybe with the Pro or Edition versions, but I did not try.
Gig to Soundfont works with Awave Studio at
www.fmjsoft.com
but this is neither free nor really cheap, and I can not tell anything about the quality of the generated sf2 files.

well, certainly the "translator free" program do the job. I have also the free version, and it works well, if you dont figure how, read the help. I dont remember in this moment how it was done, but try using the right button menu over the gig file and see the options.
Also, the free demo version of CDXtract do the job, but again you need read the help, since this proggies are complex, i know.
