Display only the time of the photo

I looked throughout the manual and cannot find how to display only the time the picture was taken.  My photos have the date in the name, so I don't want to display the full date/time, only the time.  Is this possible?

No, that is not possible. Date and time are stored together in the files as one single piece of information and Galerie retrieves the information as such.
