I found this:

it sounds me best meanwhile.
 
I upload the newest version.

I must solve one problem still:
Some of the czech words used syllable without vowel.
When it is singet, the vowel "A" must be added to the end
of the sylable.

Can you give me some examples?
 
In croatian/serbian, the R can be a wovel e.g. srce is pronounced sar + tse (with the A of about).
I made some rules for that, and it works.

Exactly.
 
In Czech, the R and L can be a wovel too.
 
srce could be pronounced: sAr + tse
but too in modern pronunciation: srA + tse
 
see my new version
 
I change the R to the double RXS (RXS+RXS)
and add some sylables without wovel.

Many, many, many thanks to Sylvain Machefert.
I used your trick to location of the syllables without vowel.
(used in file SerbianCroatianBosnian.txt)
I adapt it for the Czech language.
The result you can see in my newest version. (v2)
I will continue of test it.

Hi!
Can you provide a file with czech lyrics so I could test and hear the result? I don't have czech songs.

It is not supported by the plugin.

I need to detect what is the first letter in the next sylable in the same word.
 
For example this works not:
